December 21, 2015
New FURY Arena (200)
210 Fans (Super No Vacancy Full House)

To open the show, Hiroaki Nakata, Tetsuhisa NAKAI, Shuusaku Kaito, Masatoshi Aoyama, Yohei Kanazaki, Shogo Takeda, and Kazuya Itoi stood in a triangular formation in the ring, with Nakata taking center-stage with microphone in hand. After welcoming the 200+ fans to their debut performance, Nakata said that a new chapter in Pro-Wrestling was now beginning. And while there would surely be tough times ahead, the spirit of Pro-Wrestling will endure. Nakata said that everyone standing in the ring was committed to continuing FURY's grand message of spreading the vibrant color of Professional Wrestling...
Before Nakata could continue however, he was abruptly cut off by the voice of Norihiro Akashi, who emerged from the locker room area with buddy Daisuke Iwakuma by his side. The often controversial "Nightmare Child" was quick to let his tongue loose. "Cut the bullshit!" It's time to stop holding onto sentiments and nostalgia, and look towards the future. Nothing is going to be accomplished by sitting around thinking about "how great things used to be." Akashi, along with Daisuke Iwakuma vehemently oppose New FURY Pro-Wrestling for these very reasons, and will work to destroy the company at all costs! Surprisingly, it wouldn't be Nakata or NAKAI who would respond, but the hot-tempered rookie Yohei Kanazaki! You say we are stuck in the past... but the five rookies standing in the ring are proof of New FURY Pro-Wrestling's commitment to the future! Dismissing the five as simple "fodder," Akashi promised a swift and destructive first attack tonight! Remember that!

Kazuya Itoi Debut Match
Jet Jaguar vs. Kazuya Itoi

The technology and production available to New FURY Arena were on full display prior to the opening match, as a large video projection screen was unveiled on the northern wall facing the ring, playing a brief hype video for both competitors -- noting the pedigree and legend of the Jet Jaguar character, along with tying its third and current incarnation to FURY as a former roster member. Much detail was paid to Itoi's athletic background in amateur wrestling and kendo. Early on Itoi suffered a critical knee injury that almost ended his athletic career. While injured early on during his training, Itoi was the most diligent when it came to studying tapes and written manuals. While he may fall behind the others athletically, he is arguably the most technically proficient of the five rookies. Spliced throughout were comments from Jaguar, who admitted that he never studied in school... Off camera, an Aid could be heard asking, "...Jaguar-san, you should be more of a good role model for the children!" Catching himself, Jaguar apologized and encouraged all students to never give up!

Competing in his debut match, Itoi appeared wearing long red tights with gold trim. The added color perhaps lent to his fanfare as many fans greeted him warmly. The many children in attendance however were mesmerized by the silver and black masked hero, and shouted in support of Jet Jaguar! Both men were slow to approach, with Jaguar perhaps wanting to give the rookie a modest chance before demonstrating his full strength -- while Itoi may be too afraid to make the wrong first move, knowing how strong Jaguar is. Eventually however, Jaguar broke the monotony with a sharp kick to the body. Despite Jaguar being the aggressor, Itoi was impressive in countering almost everything Jaguar threw at him early on with almost textbook precision! With every failed offensive attack, Jaguar would become more and more frustrated, before finally charging blindly, screaming, "ITOI, YOU BRAT!!" -- Only to walk into a drop toe hold, followed by a running dropkick to the side of the head to tremendous applause! While putting up a strong fight defensively, Itoi struggled to follow up with any meaningful offense, allowing Jaguar to eventually catch him with a brutal swandive missile dropkick to the back of the head! The shot was so hard that the fans even felt the end was near -- only to be pleasantly surprised by Itoi's kick out! At this point, Jaguar focused in on Itoi's right arm -- first with a wakigatame. After escaping however, Itoi found himself caught with an arm-trapped German Suplex hold! While he'd kick out, he would be unprepared for Jaguar's float over into a nasty cross armbreaker! After initially struggling to fight the hold, reality set in as Itoi was forced to tap out at the risk of losing much more than the match!

The capacity crowd gave Itoi a rabid ovation for his guts and technical skill. While somewhat caught up in the moment, Itoi finally gave a deep bow to all four sides of the ring before making his exit.

Afterwards, Jet Jaguar made a surprising announcement, revealing that he has taken on a disciple! Jaguar revealed that his protégé would debut a brand new masked character as the final graduate of the New FURY Gym's first term class.

BACKSTAGE INTERVIEW

Jet Jaguar: "Tonight was fun. Itoi-kun gave everything he had, and the fans know that... Ah, the fans...! They will never forget. They are the best! We all must work hard for the future! Let's not forget that! [...] Yes, my disciple will debut next month! He will be properly introduced next week! Please look forward to it!!"
--------------------
Kazuya Itoi: "...Surely I didn't expect to beat the legendary Jet Jaguar. Many observers will say he is not very big, but... his spirit is immense... Almost overwhelming! Every time I countered, my heart skipped a beat! [...] I have more studying to do! And tomorrow morning, (Shuusaku) Kaito-kun and I are going to do road work! Of course, that is only after we clean the dojo, make lunch, and pick up NAKAI-sensei's dry cleaning... My, the life of a pro-wrestler is incredible...!"

Shogo Takeda Debut Match
Shogo Takeda vs. ATSUKA

Fans got a look at the charismatic and athletic Shogo Takeda next as the video screen properly introduced Takeda. From birth, Takeda has been heavily involved in martial arts due to being the son of a famous karateka. In Takeda's teen years, he surprisingly developed an interest in gymnastics, and the challenges it possessed when it came to mastering the arts of body movement. Combining the two sports, Takeda became exceptionally flashy as a karate practitioner, with his style being easily confused with Taekwondo. The video illustrated many of Takeda's athletic feats, such as being able to perform a moonsault from the top turnbuckle, only to land on his feet, in addition to his exceptionally high and weightless leap frog. While some parallels were drawn to Takeda, ATSUKA is a man who lives his life regardless of others feelings or thoughts. As free a spirit as there is, the phenomenally talented ATSUKA has entertained fans for over a decade and has developed into one of the craftiest and most experienced wrestlers in Japan. With little left to prove in the ring, the challenge for ATSUKA now is to test the newer generation. While playing the role of mentor in the past to the likes of Kotaro Ota, the time is now for ATSUKA to assert himself as the stern drill sergeant. While Takeda's athleticism is truly remarkable, it will not serve him until he gains experience inside the ring. Only then can he apply his athletic skills to what he has learned. Until then however, the ATSUKA will show Takeda a "glimpse of hell!"

The familiar theme song of "Lookin' For the Truth" by Yoshinobu Kanayama played, ushering ATSUKA's arrival to a unanimous round of cheers. ATSUKA seemed to relish the small, intimate atmosphere as he took his time greeting the excited fans -- especially the children. Despite the overwhelming popularity of his opponent, Takeda earned himself an incredible response from the local Osaka fans -- including many of his own friends and family members! Takeda was seemingly overwhelmed by the ovation -- even taking a moment to soak up a pocket of "TA-KE-DA!" chants... This however left him open to ATSUKA, who shouted, "TAKEDA!!!!" as he BLASTED him in the side of the head with a running dropkick! The match got off to a quick start with ATSUKA punishing the rookie with stomps and kicks. Upon pulling him up and whipping Takeda off the ropes however, ATSUKA found his lunging blow countered! Before he could even turn around, Takeda positioned himself behind ATSUKA, before leaping -- and connecting with a precise dropkick to the back of ATSUKA's head! Takeda was quick to whip ATSUKA into the corner -- only to be reversed! As ATSUKA followed Takeda into the corner however, the rookie floored everyone by scaling the turnbuckle and LANDING A BACKFLIP BEHIND ATSUKA! After ducking another wild shot from ATSUKA, Takeda followed with a flawless looking hurricarana whip, sending ATSUKA tumbling to the outside! Looking to capitalize, Takeda began sprinting towards the ropes -- teasing a bold tope suicida! However, as ATSUKA ducked for cover, Takeda rolled backwards onto his feet before throwing a mocking gesture ATSUKA's way! While the fans were greatly amused by the theatrics, ATSUKA was less than thrilled. His frustration however clearly blinded his focus, as Takeda landed a flurry of blows -- culminating with a savate kick to the body! Takeda then tried to follow up with a snap suplex -- only to be immediately reversed with a Brainbuster from ATSUKA! From there, ATSUKA held nothing back against Takeda -- using some of his deadliest moves! After another Brainbuster, ATSUKA folded the rookie in half with a beautiful German Suplex hold. Much to the surprise of the crowd -- and ATSUKA, Takeda kicked out at 2.9! Looking to end it, ATSUKA hoisted the limp rookie overhead with a modified Fisherman Suplex. Delaying the drop for a moment, ATSUKA SPIKED Takeda head first into the mat, forcing the referee to make the three count!

× Shogo Takeda (4:57 AT-Z) ATSUKA ○

BACKSTAGE INTERVIEW

ATSUKA: "...He is tough... But not enough to earn my respect! Takeda!! Is that all you got, you scrawny bastard!? Next time, I'm going to beat you in 30 seconds!! [...] These kids? They're punks! They need to respect their elders! Nakata!! What are you teaching these brats!? Why am I having to untie my own boots!?"
--------------------
[Hearing ATSUKA's harsh words from down the hall]
Shogo Takeda: "...He is frightening... Inside of the ring, and out! [...] I didn't even last five minutes... However, I think I left a big impression on the audience. Next time, I will go the distance! Maybe even win...!"

INTERMISSION AND ANNOUNCEMENT

Prior to the main event, Ring Announcer Tomihiko Tanaka announced that New FURY Pro-Wrestling would hold its next performance on January 16th, 2016 -- once again here in the New FURY Arena. As mentioned earlier in the night, the event will mark the debut of the final 1st term student -- and protégé of the legendary Jet Jaguar, JAGUAR KID! Mentor and student will meet ATSUKA and YOSHIHIRO SHIMODA in a tag bout! In addition, the event will see participation from former Pro-Wrestling FURY star "The Outlaw" Kyoto Okazaki and popular American star CALEB STORM, who will proudly represent Pro-Wrestling Underground.

Yohei Kanazaki Debut Match
Tetsuhisa NAKAI vs. Yohei Kanazaki

With the show well underway, the show continued with the debut of the "Savage Dog" Yohei Kanazaki. Renowned for his aggression and determination, Kanazaki's rugby and amateur boxing highlights were shown to the live crowd. Interview clips highlight his exuberance and high-tension. He respects the skills and knowledge of his teachers, but he will let nobody stand in his way of conquest! Wanting the strongest opponent possible for his debut, it was only natural that the "Son of Evil" himself, Tetsuhisa NAKAI be his opponent. While fans will expect a five minute squash, Kanazaki vowed to give his teacher a serious fight. NAKAI's reaction to all of this? "(Off-camera) Hey, camera guy! What time does Steak Ron (popular Osaka steakhouse) close? ...Eh? Well, if you're buying! I'm kind of broke after paying for those brats' outfits... again!"

Living up to his promise, Kanazaki surprised NAKAI during his own entrance -- by leaping over the ropes ONTO NAKAI! As NAKAI scrambled to his feet, the eager Kanazaki immediately pelted him with closed-fisted punches to the face! Holding nothing back in his debut, Kanazaki would even use the steel ring post as a weapon; throwing his teacher face first into it! Despite the unsavory tactics, most fans would agree that Yohei would need everything he could get his hands on against Tetsuhisa NAKAI. And that would indeed be the case as the fight entered the ring. While aiming high with a double axe handle, Yohei left himself exposed to NAKAI's trademark knife-edge chops! With every shot, the sympathetic fans rallied behind Kanazaki. Whether on his own accord, or thanks to the fans; Kanazaki would manage to counter NAKAI's Irish whip before following with a crushing lariat in the corner! With his opponent stunned, Yohei tried to throw NAKAI over his shoulder with a modified wheelbarrow... However, NAKAI would find back with clubbing blows across Yohei's back! Just as it seemed NAKAI would escape, Yohei would scream in determination while shaking his head! Trying once more, Yohei would lift NAKAI off the crowd -- much to the crowd's excitement! But again, the powerful veteran would slam his forearms across the rookie's back, dropping him to one knee! Looking somewhat annoyed, NAKAI looked to finish his student quickly with a Powerbomb attempt... However, Kanazaki's resiliency would show through as he slowly began to lift NAKAI off the ground once again! With most of the crowd on its feet, Kanazaki displayed incredible strength be THROWING HIS TEACHER OVERHEAD! As NAKAI scrambled to his feet, Kanazaki came roaring off the ropes -- BLASTING NAKAI WITH A FLYING LARIAT! The crowd ERUPTED, clearly impressed with a shot powerful enough to knock Tetsuhisa NAKAI down! Yohei would go for the cover, only to be disappointed with a ONE count! Looking to repeat his attack, Kanazaki tried once more for the flying lariat -- ONLY TO RECEIVE A BRUTAL COUNTER LARIAT FROM NAKAI! Unleashing the full terror of the "Bloody Shogun," NAKAI followed with a second lariat to nearly take Kanazaki's head off! Just as it seemed to be the end, Kanazaki reached deep inside to kick out of the ensuing pin attempt, showing true Burning Spirit! His guts earned the respect of the crowd, who wildly cheered Yohei; with NAKAI himself seemingly impressed. Begrudging respect or not, NAKAI looked to finish with a Powerbomb -- only for Yohei to fight back! After a valiant struggle however, NAKAI lifted his disciple high into the air, before FOLDING HIM IN HALF WITH A POWERBOMB! Deputy Referee Kinta Nakahara made the count, giving NAKAI the win!

After the match, Kanazaki earned a loud round of applause from the fans in recognition of his Burning Spirit. NAKAI himself was there to help the emotional Kanazaki to his feet. NAKAI acknowledged Kanazaki's strength after the match, with the two leaving together.

BACKSTAGE INTERVIEW

Tetsuhisa NAKAI: "What is there to say? It was an impressive debut... I wanted to gauge his gas tank, but I did not go easy on him by any means. The fact that I had to use the Powerbomb pisses me off a bit... But Kanazaki-kun... Good work! Keep it up!"

Yohei Kanazaki: (Overcome with emotion) "...Yes! Of course...!"

Semi Final
1 Fall, 20 Minute Time Limit
Shuusaku Kaito and Masatoshi Aoyama Debut Match
Shuusaku Kaito & Masatoshi Aoyama vs. Naoki Fukuda [FREE] & TAKU [FREE]

As the two touted prodigies of the New FURY Gym, Shuusaku Kaito and Masatoshi Aoyama would face immense odds in their debut match, facing the most dominant tag combination in the history of Pro-Wrestling FURY. Illustrating their 15-month reign as KOF Tag Team Champions courtesy of footage provided by GAORA, the pre-match VTR established the strength of the "Chojin Powers." What type of rookie would want to face these fearsome duo in their debut? Enter Shuusaku Kaito and Masatoshi Aoyama. Being thrusted into competition is nothing new to Kaito, who has five years of combined experience between kickboxing and mixed martial arts behind him in addition to high school championships in amateur wrestling. The unique quality the match has to Kaito has nothing to do with pressure however. For him, he watched Naoki and TAKU from the start of their careers -- noting the bond he and his older brother shared over Pro-Wrestling. To be facing two men he has literally followed for their entire careers is a bit daunting... However, nothing can be held back inside of the ring. Win or lose, Kaito's story begins here. For Aoyama, he recognizes the strength of his opponents. However, all that matters is leaving a sizable impression in the ring. Life continues to flow as water runs through a stream. The question is can Kaito and Aoyama leave an impact big enough to ripple through out Pro-Wrestling...?

Starting from the bottom, Kaito and Aoyama both entered first -- with no ring music. Both however received a vocal ovation from the 200+ fans. Kaito in particular earned a favorable impression with the female fans. The former KOF Tag Team Champions entered next, receiving a reaction benefitting a team of their stature... The veterans loomed over their opponents prior to the match, causing some tension... However, TAKU and Fukuda would both unease the situation by offering handshakes to Kaito and Aoyama... While the two seemed relieved, the two would strike -- ATTACKING TAKU AND FUKUDA WITH KICKS AND ELBOWS! After throwing Fukuda to the outside, the rookies traded off stomping TAKU's chest in the corner before finally deciding on Kaito as the legal man. Once it became one-on-one however, the rookie had a hard time containing the rising wave of TAKU, who fought Kaito back with blistering knife-edge chops. Wanting to test Kaito's mettle first hand, TAKU bared his chest at the greenhorn. Acquiescing, Kaito answered with chops of his own. Despite Kaito's best efforts, the almighty "Muscle Beast" shrugged them off before throwing three more chops -- knocking Kaito to the mat with the third! After retreating to his corner, Kaito tagged in Masatoshi Aoyama -- just in time for TAKU to tag Naoki Fukuda. Striking a contrast to TAKU and Kaito's encounter, Fukuda and Aoyama engaged in a tactical battle on the mat. The powerful Fukuda would largely keep Aoyama contained. However, Aoyama would surprise him with his flexibility and technique, giving him the upper hand at one point. It would be fleeting however, as Fukuda would regain control with a powerful shoulder tackle -- nearly knocking the rookie clean out! From here, the legendary "Chojin Powers" demonstrated their full strength with a series of double team attacks and combinations, including a brutal exchange back and forth of bodyslams! The fans quickly got behind the underdog rookies. Despite saying the crowd reaction would be inconsequential, Aoyama seemed moved by the sympathy -- allowing him to find an escape after landing on his feet out of TAKU's Backdrop attempt. After catching TAKU off guard with a snapping jab to the face, Aoyama rolled behind before catching TAKU with a DROPKICK TO THE BACK OF THE HEAD; BEAUTIFULLY EXECUTED! This allowed Aoyama to tag out to Kaito, who met the staggered TAKU with two forearms to the face -- followed by three pounding kicks to the chest! As TAKU turned his back, Kaito pounced on him before trying to lock his arms behind TAKU's neck. Quickly, the crowd realized that Kaito was trying to Dragon Suplex TAKU! Set in his resolve however, TAKU easily broke the rookie's grasp before landing a THUDDING headbutt to Kaito's skull! After seeing Kaito drop to a knee, TAKU tried to finish the rookie with a short-ranged lariat. However, KAITO DUCKED! Taking TAKU's back, Kaito mustered all of his strength as the crowd erupted in support... In an impressive sight, Kaito powered TAKU up, before FOLDING HIM IN HALF WITH A GERMAN SUPLEX! Sensing an opportunity, Masatoshi Aoyama cut Fukuda off in the ring, before following him to the floor to leave Kaito and TAKU in the ring. Leaving nothing to chance, Kaito once again aimed to use Hiroaki Nakata's Dragon Suplex to score miracle win in his debut match... Once again however, TAKU's power would be too much as he would break Kaito's grip, before reaching behind and THROWING KAITO OVER HEAD! In the seated position, Kaito was served up perfectly for TAKU's signature Chojin Bomber sliding lariat -- ONLY FOR KAITO TO COUNTER WITH A CRUCIFIX HOLD! *ONE! TWO ...TH--2.5!!!* The fans erupted at the near upset, leaving Kaito arguing with Referee Edd Sasaki over the count! This proved to be a fatal error, as his positioning allowed TAKU to come off the ropes and BLAST HIM FROM BEHIND WITH AN ENZUI CHOJIN BOMBER! TAKU would then follow up with the real deal -- blasting Kaito with the CHOJIN BOMBER! TAKU would drape his knee across Kaito's body for the cover. *ONE! ...TWO! ...THREE!!*

Both Kaito and Aoyama received a loud ovation from the Osaka fans, with Kaito especially earning his fair share of calls. TAKU nor Fukuda however seemed to share their respect, and left without acknowledging the two...

Hiroaki Nakata & Mamoru Sekishima [FREE] vs. Norihiro Akashi [FREE] & Daisuke Iwakuma [FREE]

Given the incidents leading up to this match -- as recapped by the pre-match VTR, the crowd were highly interested in the main event pitting Hiroaki Nakata and former KJPW Ace and original Pro-Wrestling FURY member Mamoru Sekishima against Norihiro Akashi and Daisuke Iwakuma. Despite his roots in the FURY system, Akashi has stood to oppose the very creation of New FURY Pro-Wrestling. In Akashi's eyes, Nakata and NAKAI are simply piggy-backing off the hard work of every wrestler to have step foot in Pro-Wrestling FURY. And for that, the "Nightmare Child" will make them pay... For Hiroaki Nakata, the New FURY Gym is the culmination of his entire career's work. The state of the industry cannot be denied. The country itself is still recovering. However, the dream young children possess of becoming pro-wrestlers lives on throughout the world -- Japan not excluded. The five men debuting tonight are those children, and will achieve their dream. To help people realize their dream -- in the same way Kazuma Fujita helped him realize his. That is what the name "New FURY Gym" means to him. These sentiments were echoed by his partner, the "Greco Superman" Mamoru Sekishima. Through Pro-Wrestling FURY, Sekishima found greatness inside of the FURY ring, and owes a great sense of gratitude to Nakata and NAKAI -- who were both instrumental in his training. Now arguably the strongest Heavyweight in Japan, its only right Mamoru steps up to aid his former senpai.

Norihiro Akashi and Daisuke Iwakuma entered first -- earning unanimous boos from the Pro-New FURY crowd. After being introduced as freelancers, Akashi hastily pulled the microphone away from Ring Announcer Tomihiko Tanaka...

Norihiro Akashi: "Hey, ring announcer! Let me correct you, if you please! We are not freelancers! We have a name! Listen carefully, Nakata! NAKAI! We are the downward spiral towards your destruction! Because of this, we're going to adopt the spiral as our symbol. It's only natural we call ourselves... UZUMAKI!"

Nakata and Sekishima entered next to a rabid reaction, paying the two now known as UZUMAKI no mind as they climbed into the ring -- only to be attacked by Akashi and Iwakuma before the bell! The two heels led a fast and strong assault on the outside -- using anything they could get their hands on to attack Nakata and Sekishima. While initially off to a bad start, Nakata and Sekishima fired back with a counter-attack -- much to the delight of the crowd! We finally got a proper start to the match as Nakata and Iwakuma rolled into the ring. With fire not seen in years, Nakata unleashed shattering kicks to Daisuke's body -- with the fans roaring after each one! Daisuke would finally catch Nakata's leg, before pulling both legs out from under him! With Nakata in a very precarious position, Daisuke waited for Akashi; who caught Senior Referee Edd Sasaki's attention -- allowing Daisuke to DRIVE HIS KNEE INTO NAKATA'S GROIN! Amidst fervent boos, Daisuke tagged out to Akashi, who slithered his way into the ring while admiring the handy work he just took part in... "ARE YOU OK, NAKATA-KUN!?" Akashi mocked, before BITING NAKATA'S FACE LIKE A RABID ANIMAL!! In full view of the illegal act, Referee Sasaki quickly admonished Akashi before threatening a disqualification. Naturally, the heel would relent just one second shy of the five-count... After a swift flying mare, Akashi displayed the agility he had formally been known for after sailing over the ropes -- onto Nakata with a Tope Atomico! Landing on his feet, Akashi followed through with a running dropkick -- connecting to the side of Nakata's face! A paltry cover followed from Akashi, who would only get a one count. Following the tag, Daisuke Iwakuma brazenly mocked Nakata in tandem to scraping his boot across Nakata's face... The insulting gesture was enough to pump Nakata up, who jumped to his feet and SLAMMED his open palm across Daisuke's bare chest, sending a thunderous CLAP throughout the New FURY Arena! Despite trying to retreat, Daisuke would eat three more kicks before falling to the mat! This allowed Nakata to tag in the almost 200cm Mamoru Sekishima! Full of energy, Mamoru drove the air out of Daisuke's lungs with powerful knees to the body before whipping him into the ropes. After ducking Mamoru's lunging lariat attempt, Daisuke struck with an open hand chop of his own -- having no effect Sekishima's stout frame! Daisuke would try his luck once more, only to have Mamoru shrug it off -- AND RETALIATE WITH A THUDDING CHOP OF HIS OWN! As Daisuke recoiled into the corner, Mamoru followed in with a running shoulder charge -- LIFTING IWAKUMA OVER HIS SHOULDER AS A RESULT! With Daisuke flailing his legs, Mamoru took a running start before THROWING Daisuke overhead onto the mat! Mamoru covered, only to be immediately greeted with a stiff stomp to the back from the pre-emptive Akashi. The move served two purposes in breaking the fall, along with being a distraction. Akashi's plan worked perfectly as Sekishima began looming over the ropes after the fleeing Akashi -- giving Daisuke the chance to come off the ropes and catch Sekishima flush with a HARD boot to the face! While not enough to knock Sekishima down, Daisuke mustered his strength to throw Mamoru overhead with an Exploder... However, Mamoru proved too stubborn in his revolve, forcing Akashi to come in and aid his partner! Together, the two were able to lift Mamoru off the ground before HURLING HIM OVERHEAD WITH A DOUBLE EXPLODER! As impressive as that was, it wouldn't be enough to keep the "Greco Superman" down as proven by Daisuke's pin attempt.

Looking to ground Mamoru, Daisuke would sink in the classic, but effective spinning toe hold! Remarkably, Mamoru would find the strength to physically stop Daisuke from performing another rotation... However, Norihiro Akashi would make a timely intrusion by stabbing the corner of his boot into Mamoru's eyes! Despite earning a reprimand by the referee, Akashi's plan worked brilliantly as the foul broke his concentration long enough for Daisuke to apply more pressure! Seething with pain, Mamoru would defiantly sit up -- before roaring back at Daisuke to do his worst! With the crowd swelling, Daisuke rotated once more -- increasing the strain! While grimacing, Mamoru would SLAP DAISUKE ACROSS THE FACE! While jarred slightly, Daisuke would inflict even more damage with another revolution -- prompting Mamoru to answer with another open hand blow! This finally got the hot-temper of Daisuke going, as he released the hold, only to stomp the seated Mamoru in the chest! "HIT ME LIKE A MAN!" Mamoru shouted in response, prompting Daisuke to hastily deliver more stomps; sloppier with each strike. Seeing an opening, Mamoru finally grabbed hold of Daisuke's boot; allowing him to get to a standing position! With Daisuke hopping on one foot, Mamoru struck -- KNOCKING DAISUKE TO THE MAT WITH A SHORT-RANGED LARIAT! Rather than going for the cover, Mamoru tagged out to Hiroaki Nakata! Wasting no time, Nakata was quick to knock Norihiro Akashi off the apron with a running high kick! While momentarily recovering in the corner, Daisuke would find himself the victim of Nakata's running high kick as well, followed by an OVERHEAD BELLY TO BELLY SUPLEX! With audible chants of "NA-KA-TA!" coming from the crowd, Nakata followed with the cover -- only for Daisuke to kick out... After getting Daisuke to a standing position, Nakata aimed for a Backdrop suplex -- only for Daisuke to fight back with elbows! Having enough, Nakata finally shoved Daisuke into the ropes -- where Akashi would slyly tag himself in, unbeknownst to Nakata! Daisuke would counter Nakata's shoulder throw with a perfect flip onto his feet -- earning the awe of the crowd! The feat proved to be nothing more than a distraction however, as Norihiro Akashi would land a blinding blow to the back of Nakata's neck! "Cheapshotting asshole!" Akashi belted out, before delivering a curt stomp to Nakata's neck... Continuing his focus on that area, Akashi reared back using a rear chinlock before applying the Camel Clutch! To the ire of the pro-New FURY crowd, Akashi would free a hand to aggressively drag his taped wrist across Nakata's receding hairline. While momentarily relenting, Akashi would plan ahead by tossing Nakata to the gymnasium floor! Seeing his cue, Daisuke cut Mamoru off with a running high kick of his own to send Mamoru's large frame tumbling to the wooden base! With all four men on the outside, Akashi and Daisuke would push the patients of Senior Official Edd Sasaki. Daisuke would use a pair of microphone tables to choke and restrain Sekishima... Akashi would be showier in his assault as he dragged the Co-Principal of the New FURY Gym across the building -- causing many fans to flee from their seats! Seeing the empty chairs, Akashi would try to deliver a devastating Brainbuster onto the field of metal! With the fans shrieking in concern, Nakata would pull through by blocking Akashi's Brainbuster -- and countering with one of his own, giving Akashi a rough landing atop the open chairs!! Hearing Referee Sasaki reach the count of 15, Nakata returned with a groggy Akashi in-hand. While Nakata would follow with the cover, Akashi would defiantly kick out AT ONE! This got Nakata's blood boiling, as he sat Akashi up before delivering a HARD soccer kick to back, followed with an equally blunt KNIFE-EDGE CHOP TO THE CHEST! While momentarily wincing, Akashi would LAUGH IN NAKATA'S FACE! The insolence would prompt Nakata to throw another set of blows. The force of the strikes could be felt just by reading Akashi's body... But again, "AHAHAHA! BAAAKA! (Idiot!) Perhaps pushing the "Renaissance Fighter" too far, Nakata would fire a SICKENING SOCCER KICK TO THE SIDE OF AKASHI'S FACE! The shot would even garner a gasp from the fans -- surprised by Nakata's often-forgotten temper. Nakata would follow with the pin, only for Daisuke Iwakuma to make the early save! Beating Daisuke to the punch, Nakata would land a savate kick to the body before disposing of Daisuke to the outside.

Tagging out to Mamoru Sekishima, the tide rode high with the New FURY team. After a hearty bodyslam, Mamoru followed by driving all 120kg of his body across Akashi's body with a senton! While Mamoru was quick with the pin attempt, Akashi would escape after two! As Akashi sat up, Mamoru greeted him with another crushing chop! The shot woke the rebellious Akashi up more than anything, who jumped to his feet and retaliated with an elbow to the jaw! Impressed his guts more than anything, Mamoru answered back with another thudding knife-edge chop! While briefly writhing with agony, Akashi once more shouted "BAKA!" before throwing another elbow -- this time knocking Mamoru back! After regaining his footing however, Mamoru responded with two consecutive chops -- KNOCKING AKASHI TO THE MAT! As soon as he hit the mat, Akashi jumped back to his feet! While rearing back to deliver a third elbow, Akashi completely shifted gears -- POKING MAMORU IN THE EYES! With Mamoru's back exposed, Akashi looked to give the "Greco Superman" some of his own medicine! After getting the waistlock, Akashi used his reserve strength to lift the 120kg Sekishima up for a German Suplex attempt! However, Mamoru's size combined with his resolve proved to be too much for Akashi at the moment, allowing Mamoru to counter with the go-behind! Sensing a big attack, the fans roared with anticipation... However, Akashi frantically began reaching for the referee -- before grabbing his shirt! After earning several strong threats from Senior Official Sasaki, Akashi would shove the referee into the awaiting arms of Daisuke Iwakuma, who served as the true distraction! Akashi would finally strike, MULEKICKING MAMORU'S GROIN! Seizing control of the bout, Akashi would tag out to Iwakuma while a frustrated Referee Sasaki threatened them with a disqualification. With Mamoru still reeling from the illegal attack, Iwakuma followed with a Complete Shot -- driving Sekishima face first into the canvas! Daisuke would follow with the cover, only for the steadfast Sekishima to kick out after two! After getting a prompt from Daisuke, Akashi launched a surprise attack -- cutting Nakata off the apron before following to the outside... Looking to deal severe damage, Daisuke whipped Mamoru into the ropes -- only for Mamoru to duck Daisuke's lariat attempt! Rebounding back off the ropes, Mamoru countered with a lariat of his own -- BLOCKED! Spinning Mamoru around, Daisuke caught the "Greco Superman" with a violent Swinging Neckbreaker! Stunned, Mamoru could do nothing about Daisuke's follow up attack -- as he would ascend to the top turnbuckle before using the point of his elbow to drive all 106kg of his weight into Sekishima! Rather than following with the pin, Daisuke motioned for the end! Dragging Mamoru to his feet, Daisuke looked to finish him with his deadly Backdrop Piledriver known as the Dead Space! However, he would struggle with Sekishima's Super Heavyweight frame -- giving Mamoru enough time to fight back! Finally, the tide was turned as Hiroaki Nakata made the save -- CATCHING DAISUKE WITH AN ENZUIGIRI! This allowed Mamoru to counter with the go-behind, followed by a brutal BACKDROP! Amidst the rabid Osaka crowd, Mamoru climbed to his feet before belting out a defiant war cry! After scrambling to his feet, Daisuke was easy pray for a SECOND BACKDROP SUPLEX! Sekishima covered, with the crowd sensing the end! *ONE! ...TWO! ...AKASHI MAKES THE SAVE!* Momentum clearly sided with the New FURY team as Sekishima easily disposed of Akashi to the outside, allowing him to tag out to Hiroaki Nakata! With calls of "NAKATA!" roaring throughout the small venue, the Co-Principal of the New FURY Gym climbed in pumped and ready. After whipping Daisuke into the corner, the "Renaissance Fighter" followed with a sharp KNEE TO THE JAW! With Daisuke staggered, Nakata followed with a Half-hatch Suplex; with the momentum propping him in a seated position... Timing his attack perfectly, Nakata would come off the ropes before BLASTING DAISUKE WITH A BRUTAL SOCCER KICK -- ZANZAI BLOW! The crowd sensed the end as Referee Edd Sasaki made the count! *ONE! ...TWO! ...THR--2.9!!!* While disappointed, the fans could not help but be impressed with Daisuke's Burning Spirit... However, surely the end was coming as Nakata motioned for his signature Dragon Suplex! With almost no fight left in Daisuke, Nakata easily hooked his arms behind the neck before FOLDING HIM IN HALF -- DRAGON SUPLEX HOLD!! *ONE! ...TWO!! ...THR--AKASHI PULLED THE REFEREE OUT OF THE RING!?!?*

At the absolute threshold of the referee's patients, Akashi suddenly began feigning an injury while tightly clutching the referee's shirt... This proved to be a distraction -- as THREE MASKED MEN SUDDENLY STORMED THE RING! With expedient timing, the first masked man lifted Nakata across his shoulders before driving him head first with the... MASTODON BUSTER!? Propping Nakata up, the second masked man came rushing off the ropes, before delivering a decapitating sliding lariat -- the CHOJIN BOMBER...!? As if it was even needed, the first two masked assailants lifted Nakata's limp body up while the third grabbed a chair... After dramatically raising it overhead, the masked man SMASHES IT OVER NAKATA'S HEAD -- POPPING THE SEAT OFF IN THE PROCESS! Almost as quick as they entered, the three invaders rolled to the outside -- out of view of the referee, just in time for Akashi to release his grip! After tagging himself in, Akashi took great pleasure in playing with Nakata like a cat toying with an injured mouse. After bringing Nakata to his feet, Akashi shouted, "NAKATA! SHI-NE! (Die!)" before hooking Nakata's arm and delivering the DREAM CATCHER LARIAT!! While Daisuke subdued Sekishima on the outside, Akashi took a knee next to Nakata -- before driving his palm into Nakata's chest for the pin! *ONE! ...TWO!! ...THREE!!!*

× Hiroaki Nakata (24:51 Dream Catcher) Norihiro Akashi ○

POST-MATCH

Amidst fervent boos from the crowd, Akashi relished his unsavory victory in the corner as Shuusaku Kaito, Yohei Kanazaki, Shogo Takeda, and Kazuya Itoi all tended to their fallen sensei... However, Akashi's celebration would be momentarily cut off as a rampaging TETSUHISA NAKAI stormed into the ring, narrowly taking Akashi's head off with the broken chair one of the masked men used on Nakata! After calming down, NAKAI's concerns moved to his friend and business partner... Despite Tomihiko Tanaka's best efforts to resist, Akashi forcibly took the microphone from a man half his size -- BEFORE KICKING HIM IN THE FACE FOR GOOD MEASURE!

Norihiro Akashi: "OI! RING ANNOUNCER! Know your place, boy!"

The riled Osaka crowd responded with unanimous boos for Akashi's abhorrent behavior. The reaction catches Akashi's attention, who smiles.

Norihiro Akashi: "Do you think I give a shit if you boo me? Osaka fans are trash! Nobody cares about you!"

Pushing the right emotional buttons, the crowd roars even louder with negativity. Getting what he wanted, Akashi turned his attention to all of New FURY Pro-Wrestling gathered in the ring...

Norihiro Akashi: "OI! You garbage in the ring, LISTEN UP! Do you realize what happened? ...Did it happen too fast...? Let me go ahead and reveal the secret of the magic trick!"

On Akashi's command, the three masked men reemerge from hiding before standing behind Akashi and Daisuke Iwakuma...

Norihiro Akashi: "Look everyone! More masked wrestlers! Look at our inventiveness. Regardless, if I'm going to destroy this pathetic group -- I will have some fun in doing so! Besides, I wouldn't be able to do what I'm about to do without some mystery..."

Taking a second microphone as soon as it could be hooked up, the booming voice of Tetsuhisa NAKAI roared over the sound system.

Tetsuhisa NAKAI: "GET TO THE POINT, YOU PIECE OF SHIT!"

The fans ROARED in response as NAKAI spiked the microphone into the floor.

Norihiro Akashi: "NAKAI! I'm going to enjoy this so much more now that I'm under your skin! Do you think I forgot about the hell you put me through!? It went beyond being a rookie, you old, broken gatekeeper! You had it out for me for years! And now -- being the Dream Catcher, the Nightmare King, I'm going to live up to both of my monikers by taking your dream, AND TURNING IT INTO A NIGHTMARE!"

Still with the microphone in hand, Akashi brings forth one of the masked men...

Norihiro Akashi: "Nakata! How's your head? People should take it easy after being hit in the head with a chair. You're probably wondering who my friends here are... Now, I think I will let you ponder on my two friends behind me... Think hard, and I think you might figure it out. Try your best, everyone! I will reveal them NEXT TIME! AHAHAHA!"

The crowd naturally boos the tease...

Norihiro Akashi: "...However! I will reveal my little friend here. He is the one who hit you, Nakata! Do you realize that yet? You could call him... my new disciple. All of you little shits in the ring, listen carefully! He chose wisely! So should you! 'CRAFTER!' SHOW YOURSELF!"

On Akashi's signal, the masked men reaches under his chin to pull off his mask, revealing...

Norihiro Akashi: "--MASATOSHI AOYAMA!!!"

To the complete shock of the crowd, and HORROR of those in the ring, the third attacker revealed himself to be none other than 1st term graduate Masatoshi Aoyama! While usually stoic in demeanor, Aoyama seemed very proud of his dishonorable actions...

Norihiro Akashi: "NAKAI! What do you have to say about this!? Does it hurt knowing one of your own students has given up on this doomed project!?"

Tetsuhisa NAKAI: "...The first thing that comes to mind... AOYAMA! YOU'RE FIRED FROM MY RAMEN SHOP, YOU LITTLE SHIT!"

The crowd ROARED with laughter as Aoyama himself seemed woefully unprepared for the news... He would need to be consoled by the two masked men, in addition to Daisuke...

Tetsuhisa NAKAI: "Truthfully... This was unexpected. Aoyama has made his choice, however... And he will have to live with it! As for those dickheads with the mask standing beside you... I think I have a good idea as to who they are, but why ruin your fun? I will let you live up to your word. You can reveal them on January 16th... In fact, why not go one step further and let them compete in the ring? What do you say, Akashi!? You and your boyfriend over there team with the two BDSM freaks to face ME, HIROAKI NAKATA, MAMORU SEKISHIMA...AND A MYSTERY MAN OF OUR OWN! This place only seats 200 people, but we'll turn this place into a war zone!"

Enveloped in the drama, the crowd boomed with cheers and fervent speculation.

Norihiro Akashi: "These garbage fans like it too much, so I'm inclined to refuse! However, as a gracious New Year's present from the Nightmare King, I ACCEPT!"

Tetsuhisa NAKAI: "And AOYAMA! Don't think I've forgotten about you... Nakata and I will be too busy to punish you, so I'm going to leave it to your contemporary... SHUUSAKU KAITO! DON'T LET US DOWN!"

While taken off guard by NAKAI's words, Kaito's deep sense of loyalty shined through as he belted out a, "YES SIR!"

With an agitated sneer on his face, Akashi curtly responded.

Norihiro Akashi: "Don't get full of yourself, you rotten bastard... Don't act like you're the one in control here! Because I'm here to tell you on day one, NAKAI... Your story does not have a HAPPY END! The fight you put on from this point on will only delay the inevitable... And to show you some benevolent mercy, I am going to show you the full range of my power... And my power lies in a not-so-well-kept secret! You see... I'm not the only one who feels the way I do! I wasn't the only one sickened by your decision to prostitute the name and legacy of Pro-Wrestling FURY. Did you ask for our blessing? No... You selfishly did as you please. And because of that, you have more enemies than you can possibly imagine!

On Akashi's words, a row of masked men shockingly appeared in New FURY Arena! In a frightening scene, the numbers continued to grow as over TWENTY MASKED MEN SURROUNDED THE RING!

Norihiro Akashi: "Look, everyone! It's a Costume Party Family Reunion! I apologize again for the masks... But it's more fun this way, right?"

In the ring, NAKAI and the recovering Hiroaki Nakata could not help but shake the despondent looks from their face... Slowly, the mob closed in on the ring apron, before slowly crawling in... Just as the New FURY Gym group were about to launch a counter-attack, Akashi's voice halted the masked man's movements!

Norihiro Akashi: "THAT'S ENOUGH! ...See? I am merciful as I am powerful. Now you truly realize what is ahead for all of you... Right now, two paths have been presented before all of you. Choose wisely!"

With Akashi leading the line, the group filed out of the building before heading straight through to the exit... While still dejected, NAKAI vowed to double their resolve in time for 1/16, and reiterated that he had a special friend in mind for the match. He promptly thanked the fans for their support and attendance before helping Nakata to the back...

BACKSTAGE INTERVIEW

Mamoru Sekishima: "Nakata-san, I'm sorry... I should have been there... All of this is just overwhelming..."

Hiroaki Nakata: "No, their underhanded ways would have led to this decision either way... Unfortunately, the match was decided before it ever started... [...] It's all hard to take in, to be honest... Akashi is a deceiver, so I don't know if I believe his words... But Aoyama... It's funny how things have a way of repeating themselves, isn't it? ...Oh? Forget about it! I will leave Aoyama to Kaito-kun."
